7PMThe Tuesday session is a track session, usually under the supervision of Club Coach, Tom King.

THURSDAYS 7PM
7PM For the summer of 2010, starting on Thursday 8th April 2010, the Thursday evening training session will be held at King Alfred's College West Site starting at 7pm. These sessions are also supervised by the club coaches. For senior athletes there is the option of longer run, typically an hour. The routes are varied and may take in a section on the ridgeway. Owing to the success in attracting younger athletes, yet the difficulty of finding sufficient coaches, please note that we have had to introduce a waiting list of athletes of primary school age. Please telephone one of the contacts above for more information.
SUNDAYS 10AM
VARIOUS VENUES
To add variety the Sunday training run starts at different places. Favourites include Wantage Leisure Centre and the Ridgeway Centre. We have recently (summer 2007) restarted a Sunday morning session, to be followed by a social gathering - maybe a drink somewhere.
